I laughed and blushed lightly with a small shrug.

Annie chuckled and decided to stop making the poor guy blush. "You wanna hold Dave?" she asked him.

"Oh, uh.. I-I don't know" I said sounding kind of nervous, "I've never held a baby before"

Annie smiled. "It's okay, I won't let you drop him." she said reasuringly.

"Um.. okay I guess" I say with small smile feeling slghly nervous.

[Annie Pettigrew]

She laughed. "Okay, here you go..." she said, picking Dave up and placing him gently in his arms. "Now make sure you keep his head elevated, like this, and hold him tight enough that he won't fall, but not too tight that you hurt him." she said, adjusting his arms so they were in the proper places for baby-holding.

I smiled and looked down at the baby in my arms.
"You sure I'm doing this right?" I asked her chuckling slighty looking down at him still.

She smiled. "You're doing fine." she assured him.

I chuckled slightly, "Okay.. if you're sure.." I say smiling.

[Annie Pettigrew]

She laughed. "I'm sure."

[Riley Pearson]

I chuckled, "Well, that's good then"

[Annie Pettigrew]

Annie grinned. "See, you're a natural!" she exclaimed when she saw David smiling up at Riley. "He likes you already!"

I chuckled, "Thanks" I say smiling widely, "I like him too. He's so cute."

Annie grinned. "Thanks, I do like to think so. AND just for that, wanna be goddad?"

I looked up at her grinning, "You just met me." I say chuckling. "You sure you want me to me his god dad?"

[Annie Pettigrew]

"Uhm....yeah! I like you. I think you'll be good to him."

[Riley Pearson]

I laughed and grinned widely, "I'd love to be!"

[Annie Pettigrew]

"YAY! And now you must come and meet my boyfriend, and I can meet your girlfriend! And then we can talk about randomness and wake up in the middle of the night when the baby cries, just like normal kids our age!!"

I laughed lightly at her enthusiam and grinned widely, "That sounds like fun. When're gonna do this?" I asked still grinning.

[Annie Pettigrew]

"Um.....Friday night?"

[Riley Pearson]

I shrugged, "Works for me" I say smiling.

"Sweet! Can't wait to see you guys!"

When she asked me what was new with me, I really didn't want to answer. I was sick of telling people what had happend and wondering why they didn't know in the first place.
