i sat there on the edge...."what do i have to live for?" "does my daughter deserve to come into this world of hate ive made her?"

i was walking along the lake then i see hannah. "hey." i smile and walk over to her

im startled by him. * this was not the right ime for him to come* i think to myself

"hey are you ok?" i ask and sit next to her

"Yeah" i say lieing

i can tell that she's lieing to me. she obvivously doesn't want me to know so i don't press it. for now. i nod and put my arm around her, "hun you know that if there's anything that you want to tell me, or you need to vent on someone you can come to me. you know that right?" i say softly

"i know" i pause for a scond. "Thorn told me i should just die... and for a second i believed her"

"hannah don't believe her. don't you believe her or anyone that says anything like that to you. you've got a daughter on the way, and i care to much about you. hannah if you were gone...i don't know..i don't know what i'd do. hannah she's wrong." i say and hold onto her tight, but not to tight.

i start to cry. "shell grow up without a father, her life will be filled with hurt"

"do you want me to be there for her?" i ask and hoist her up so she's sitting in my lap, so i can sooth her more. i stroke her hair trying to get her to stop crying.

"why would you WANT to do that?

"well i care about you, a lot, and i like to help you. i won't if you don't want me to, but if you want i will."

i look him in the eyes. "youre the only person who hads truly ever wanted me.....i think i love you."

i smile slightly and wipe away one of her tears with my thumb. "i love you to." i say

i smile back at him no longer crying. i put a hand on his cheek.

i lean foward and kiss her softly

Out of no where an owl swoops down and drops a letter next to fabian. when he opened it there was a few blood marks on the letter

written inside was the following

i stand up and apperate out before Fabian could say anything.

I appeate back to the exact spot with Amalia in my arms. My lips was busted and i had a scrape mark on my face. I collapse still holding her. "here shes..safe"

[hoot]

i move amalia to one side of my arm and pick hannah up as much as i can with one arm. "hun..." i say holding her close to me. "what the hell did he do to you?" i ask seeing the busted lip and scrape "i'm going to kill that bastard for touching you and my daughter..." i mutter to myself. i look down at amalia and see and thin small cut across her throat. it wasn't deep enough for her to even feel it, but the fact that it was there bothered me. "you should have let me go.." i say softly holding hannah close to me.

"i couldnt..let him hurt you" i give amalia my finger. She smiles brightly and laughs. "at least shes safe" i say with a slight smile
