Singing in the rain

[Joanna Miller]

The rain hammers down from the stormy clouds above, making the surface of the lake ripples and splash.
I laugh and run along, barefoot in the mud.
"I'm singing in the rain!" I sing loudly, not caring who heard me or how off-key I may have been singing. "Just singing in the rain! What a glorious feeling-..."
I stop abruptly as I run straight into someone.

[Molly Weasley]

"...of singing in the rain!" i finish as i help you up and introduce myself (molly prewett)

[Joanna Miller]

"Yay!" I laugh. "Brilliant. Joanna Miller. Or Jo to most people." I grin, sticking out a hand.
That was just like me, to introduce myself to everyone I met.

[Molly Weasley]

"what house are you in?" i ask trying to make conversation, she seems nice enough. why not spare some time and talk to her?

[Joanna Miller]

"I am in Gryffindor." I say, taking a bow. "You?"

[Molly Weasley]

"i'm in Gryffindor to." chuckling at Jo's sense of humor. "i wonder why i haven't seen you around?"
"we should get out of the rain, no matter how much fun dancing and singing in it is."

[Joanna Miller]

"You probably haven't seen me before because..." I pause, thinking. "Probably because I'm normally out here, singing or dancing or doing something stupid yet fun. And yes, we probably should get out of the rain." I agree.

[Angela Wood]

I look out the front doors and them and laugh. "OI, JO!!"

[Joanna Miller]

"ANGELA!!!" I sing loudly. "Get out here! Come and sing and dance!"

[Angela Wood]

I laugh some more and, casting a spell to repell teh rain, run out to the the two girls, yelling the song out at the top of my lungs.

[Joanna Miller]

I grab Angela's hands as she catches up with us and dance around wildly in a circle, singing at the top of my lungs, then I slip and fall over, cackling hysterically.

[Angela Wood]

I stops spinning, doubled over with laughter.

[Molly Weasley]

i shake my head chuckling at these two girls abilities to not care what other people think and just have a good time and join in singing with Angela.

[Angela Wood]

I look up at Molly and smile broadly. "Oi! I'm Angela."

[Joanna Miller]

"And I'm hyper and muddy." I add from the ground.

[Angela Wood]

I look down at her, offering her a hand. "Well, we already know that."

[Joanna Miller]

"Just thought I'd say anyway, you know." I grin, taking her hand and pulling her down into the mud next to me, then jumping up and darting behind Molly so she couldn't kill me.

[Angela Wood]

I struggle to my feet and take a step towards her only to slip in the mud and fall on my butt. This makes me laugh harder. "Come on, Jo, Lil's back."

[Joanna Miller]

"Lil's back?" I grin broadly, stepping forward to help Ange up.

[Angela Wood]

I grin and nod then grab Jo's ankles and yank them out from under her. "Payback."

[Joanna Miller]

"Evil girl." I groan with a slight grin.

[Angela Wood]

I snort. "You love me anyway."

[Joanna Miller]

"Of course I do Ange." I grin, throwing my arms around her and pulling her down next to me in the mud. "I think it's time for mud angels."
I spread my arms out wide and start to make a snow angel in the mud with unbridled enthusiasm.

[Angela Wood]

I follow suit, laughing quite a bit. "We should probably head back up."

[Joanna Miller]

"Indeed we should." I say. "May we sing on the way?"

[Angela Wood]

Standing, I pull Jo up with me, putting my arm around her shoulders and pulling a face of thought. "I believe we shall."

[Joanna Miller]

"Molly? You coming? You can chose what we sing." I grin at Molly.

[Angela Wood]

"Yeah, come on, Molls." I shout happily.

[Molly Weasley]

*sorry mom made me get off computer*

"Can't buy me love, love/Can't buy me love/I'll buy you a diamond ring my friend if it makes you feel alright/I'll get you anything my friend if it makes you feel alright/Cos I don't care too much for money, and money can't buy me love" i sing loudly. (i love the beatles)

(Yellow Submarine!!!!) I start laughing.
