Scarlett sat in the window watching the world walk by. She hated it all. She wanted to get out of here and go far away with someone who wanted her. Rain splashed down hard on the window and i waited for something, anything to happen.

I walked into the orphanage and looked around, tons of little kids running around laughing and playing. No I didn't want that, I didn't want to bring little kids into my life. I knew over half of them were witches and wizards, but they were young. I didn't want them scared because of my life.

I looked over to a woman who had just entered. It was hard to tell if she was a muggle or a witch. I couldn't see a wand poking out of any of her pockets but she could have it well hidden. I chose to keep my distance. I'd had enought muggle family's who were freaked out by my life and the whole idea of magic.

I saw a girl standing at the window and thought muggle or witch?. A middle age woman came up to me and asked "Is there anything I can do for you today? Perhapse a young boy or girl? I shook my head and said "No I'm looking for a girl between the ages of 15 to 17, a girl with abnormal abilities"

I heard them talking. Yep that was me, but what did she mean by abnormal. Thsi could be a good time to jump in. The lady said she'd she what she could find and left. I walked over trying to play it cool.''Ermm excuse me....does the word muggle mean anything to you?'' i ask her nervously.

I looked around and said "Can't blame you for asking thoes questions" I unzipped my jacket showing her my wand. "Need something else to convince you?" I asked gently.

I grinned as the middle aged woman came back Do you need any help? I nodded and said "Her papers please" the woman was shocked for a second the nodded and walked away. I looked at the girl and said "You got your wish...." I trailed off realising I don't even know her name....oops.
