I hovered uncertainly outside the flat I'd been directed to.
I'd heard Gid was back.
I was...angry, that I'd thought he was dead, I was glad, that I was going to see him again, but I was angry.
Very angry.
But glad.
Very glad.
"Gideon Prewett, get your ass out here." I mutter, knocking on the door for a second time.

I laugh, but then stop. "Yes, I think you should meet her. Her name's Kim. And..." I pause, then add slowly, quietly. "I found out I was pregnant 2 days after you left."
