Amiee sat on the moving staircase, not really sure of where she was.
That would explain the distant look on her face.
She had been here, for what seemed like hours, but it was only a matter of minutes.
Amiee twirled her folded up guide stick in her hands, triyng to calm herself down.
She had no idea where she was, what floor this was. Anything.
"It's not that hard..." She muttered to herself. "Just get through a few more minutes..."
Amiee wasn't sure what she was doing.
Trying to get through what she feared most?
Just being plain stupid?
Amiee assumed it was between the both.

Briar hurried up the moving staircases, cursing loudly everytime they moved. She just wanted to get to the Ravenclaw Commonroom. She stopped suddenly when she'd seen a girl sitting on one of the staircases, a distant look on her face. She moved slowly up to her and said, "Excuse me. Do you need help or anything?"
