Creaky, creaky

[Madeline Speare]

I race down the steps, jumping to the lower step as the start to move.
I grin, brushing my hair from my face.
I'll admit it, I was in a better mood.
And it was thanks to my family.
Rory, Chase, Nate, Jack, Charlie and Jackie.
I don't know what I'd do without them.
And things with Ian..well that was a different story, things were still a bit rocky but we were trying, and that counted for something.
I turn around, ready to jump down to the other set of stairs when I hear my shoes creak.
I laugh,"Creaky."

Ebony was headed down a set of stairs when she heard laughing and a creak. She glanced to her right and saw Maddie. There was a smile on her face in less than a second,'Maddie! Hey."

I look up, smiling slightly,"Hiya Bon-Bon."

[Ebony Angel]

"Haven't spoken to you for a long time. How have you been?" Ebony asked

[Madeline Speare]

"Been better," I smile weakly,"How are you?"

[Ebony Angel]

"I have been fine." Ebony smiled,"What have you been up to?"

[Madeline Speare]

Other then trying to kill myself nothing
"Getting better really, had a rough spot few weeks back." I admit,"Spending some time with my cousins."

Ebony's eyes widened and but she didn't want to make her say anything she didn't want to,"Really? You're doing better though, right?"

[Madeline Speare]

"Yeah, a lot better." I nod,"It was just a little breakdown."

[Ebony Angel]

"I hope it was...." Ebony smiled softly,"Anything new?"

[Madeline Speare]

"No not really. same old same old." I smile,"Pretty boring."

[Ebony Angel]

"Same here." Ebony chuckled,"Never any fun."
