I was on the grounds right after a snowfall. "I love it so much, when it's like this." I say as I use my muggle camera lense to see around for a good subject. I finally stumble across a 2nd year hufflepuff with her books, just reading. I focus in on her and take the picture.

Alicia walked out onto the grounds and looked around, admiring all the freshly fallen snow. Jamming her hands in her pocket she walked around and noticed someone taking pictures. "Pretty out here isn't it?" Ali said as she came up to the girl.

I notice someone was talking to me from behind I turn around, my camera in my hands. "It is beautiful isn't?" I say with a smile. I place my right hand on my stomach as I walk over to her. "Professor Shelby Chou." I say to her as I extend my hand.

Ali smiled, "Yeah, I love that winter wonderland look." She chuckled lightly and took one of her hands out of her pockets to shake her hand. "Nice to meet you, names Alicia Burrows." She introduced herself.

"Yes I am." Alicia told her and noticed what she was doing. "And Im guessing your not only a professor but also an expecting mother?" Ali asked.

"Well, being your the youngest professor here, I would assume that a lot of your students are probably friends of yours right?" Alicia asked, being she made the comment of none of them calling her Professor Chou. Her eyes widened slightly when she said what number kid that would be. "Wow...I couldn't even imagine myself having one let alone ten." She admitted. "But congratulations."

I smile. "Yes most of them are my friends. I still remember my first class..." I say laughing mostly to myself, with memories of Kyra and Draven. "But three aren't actually mine, I adopted them." I say to her.

Ali laughed lightly, "Oh wow, how can you still remember that?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. Alicia remembered hers but only vaguely. Pausing for a moment, she listened to what she said about her kids. "Well thats nice. See I think maybe I'd like to adopt a kid but not right now, maybe way later in my life."

I smile. "Two are twins, my deceased friend's kids. I took them in. And my husband had a daughter." I say to her. "So, do you like Hogwarts so far?" I ask turning around, not being rude, but to capture another natural scene. I hated taking posed pictures, their smiles always seemed so fake. I knew mine usually was.

"Sorry about your friend..." Ali trailed off. "But that's really nice that you did that for her." She commented and looked to see what she was getting a picture of before replying. "I think its pretty decent so far, haven't found anything wrong with it yet." Alicia smiled slightly.

"That's good. I was bothered by the ghosts at first, just popping out of any wall that you can feel or walk by." I say with a smile, as I focus on a cute gryffindor couple about to kiss.

"Well, I haven't ran into any ghosts yet." Ali said, "But I don't imagine that they'll bother me at all when I do eventually run into one." She smiled, Alicia liked out of the ordinary things, it wasn't everywhere that you seen ghosts popping out of walls.

Ali laughed and imagined what'd that'd be like in her head. "Oh wow, yeah actually I can imagine that would be kind of weird." She said, "I want to go find a ghost now and meet one." Alicia grinned.

Ali laughed slightly, she was going to ask anyway until she seen her cringe and decided not to. "Well, I want to meet Nearly Headless Nick. Even if he's well...nearly headless." She shuddered slightly, a small grin on her face.

I sigh a bit. "It's fine. I just don't like finding Nick, since he always tells me why he's almost headless." I grumble, trying to remember how many times he had actually got done with his story. I start walking to the castle.

Ali walks beside Shelby and shrugs a little, "Well, we'll just have to give him the slip when he starts telling his tale." She chuckled lightly. "But its okay with me if you just don't want to go find him. We could find one of the other ghosts if you perfer?"
