Angel sat on the grounds, her eyes closed, although not asleep. She had been in Hogwarts a lot more over the last couple of days due to her headquarters moving to suit Luke. She wondered if it would just be better to transfer back there, although that would cause a lot of problems, especially since she was so close to finishing her school year. She also couldn't expect to fit in with everyone's lives after they had probably forgotten all about her by now, since she had been gone so long. Even Kyra had probably forgotten about the murder... Jason had left long ago, hopefully never to be seen again, as was Onix and Dillon. Vincent had also left. All these names kept popping into her head, all for unknown reasons. She thought she had forgotten all about them long ago. No, she hoped that they had, and would never return to haunt her mind. Angel sighed, opening her eyes. The sun wasn't out at all. There were dark clouds in the sky, and she could feel the light raindrops as they began to fall quickly from the sky. She made no attempt to move, she just smiled. In some ways Angel would always be the same. In others, however, she could not be more different. The rain would always comfort her, she would always love it. Some of her fondest memories had been of her in the rain, but also some of her most horrific memories. They had all left her mind right now, though. She just lay there, closing her eyes again, hearing everyone grab their things and run back towards the castle. She didn't know who else would want to stay out in the rain, although she didn't really care. [ooc - Made it especially long, just for you. ]

I walk out through the rain, being jostled by students making their way back up to the castle. I glance up at the rapidly darkening sky, deciding there was no way it'd stop anytime soon, and then deciding that I honestly don't care. Shoving my hands in my pockets, I make my way across the grounds, kicking out at a stone in front of me so it rolls across the grass. I do this a few times without managing to lose it, and my brow furrows slightly, wondering why I keep catching up with it rather than kicking it in another direction. "Fuck off, damnit," I mutter, then immediately reprimand myself for talking to inanimate objects again. I grit my teeth slightly and kick the stone harder, watching it until it rolls to a stop next to someone. Satisfied that it won't bother me anymore, I glance at the person instead and stop dead. "Angel?"
[ooc-haha, appreciated]

Angel sat up quickly, instantly recognising the voice. She smirked, turning around. "Ian! Long time no see, I believe," she said, still smirking. "You been okay?" She asked, laying back down and closing her eyes.
[ooc - This one is short for you now! ]

"Yeah, hell of a long time," I reply, grinning weakly, "And yeah, I've been surviving. Where have you been? What have you been doing? Have you been okay?"
[ooc-this is why i love you. ;D ]

"So many questions! I've been around... I've been doing stuff and I'm perfectly all right. Although you seem to be a little... odd," she replied, still not opening her eyes. "I suppose everything is alright with Maddie? Oh, of course not. Who am I kidding? There's either another argument like normal or something else dramatic with you two. Can't get it right, can you?"
[ooc - Aww! Everyone in the Simon's household (mainly me) loves you too! ]

"Nope, can't get it right," I agree, "It's over, for good this time. Not going back," I shake my head to re-inforce the belief, "You just disappeared, Angel...are you sure you're alright?"
[ooc- ;D this makes me happy then.]

"You said that last time, no going back or whatever, and the time before," she laughed. "You can come and sit, you know. I don't bite... hard." She opened her eyes and sat up a little, propping herself up on her arms. "I'm fine, really. I moved to a new school because of all the shit here and now I'm probably coming back to everyone here, although most of my friends now hate me. But I don't really care. You can't get too emotionally attatched, you know? You never know what will happen... What you'll have to do." She mumbled the last part a lot quieter than the rest.
[ooc - Well it should... You did the MONKEY FACE! ]

"I know, but I mean it this time," I laugh slightly, then take a seat beside her. "How's your new school? Better than here?" I ask, the nod, "Yeah, I know," but frown slightly at the last part, deciding not to ask.
[ooc-i know!]

"Nothing is better than Hogwarts. I never really am at the school, funnily enough. I'm always here... Around. You won't have noticed me, though. I have to 'stick to the shadows' as they put it. I just say sneak around a lot. Would you mind if I asked what happened with Maddie?" She asked curiously, raising an eyebrow.
[ooc - And now I've run out of things to say... Do you like Smurfs?]

I raise an eyebrow, "Who's they?" Then just shrug, "She cheated on me. With Logan. And God knows who else. And yeah, I'm probably not the father anyway so...I don't care anymore."
[ooc-smurfs are cool. and asexual. what's the point in living if you don't have a dick?]

"Headquarters, that's who they are," Angel smiled. "And that sucks. So she's pregnant then? And you think it's Logans or someone elses?"
[ooc - I don't have one and I live just fine, thank you... ]

"So you're not going to tell me anything more than that, huh?" I smile wryly. Then shrug slightly, "Yeah, pregnant, twin boys. And it probably is Logan or whoever elses."
[ooc-oh yeah, well, you still have something. unlike smurfs who are sad sad asexuals.]

"I'm afraid I can't tell you any more than that, even if I wanted to," Angel mumbled, smiling apologetically. "But I can tell you it's nothing to do with the war. That's all I'm allowed to say." She thought for a moment over what Ian said. "Why are you so sure that they're not yours?" She asked curiously. "Normally guys would be kinda pleased. Do you still love her?"
[ooc - I suppose you're right. Poor smurfs. But, I mean, it's not like they have that many females anyway. I think there's only one in the whole thing. So whether the are asexuals or not, it doesn't matter. Unless it's, like, gay-town or something. They are all super happy all the time... Interesting... ]

"Fair enough then," I shrug, smiling slightly to say it was alright. "I dunno why I'm sure...cos it's easier to walk away if they're not mine?" I supply, "And yeah, I do still love her, but fuck it. It's only love."
[ooc-yeah, right happy little campers. and they could still jerk off or whatever.]

Angel smiled gratefully, glad that he wasn't going to push it. "You would still walk away, even if they were yours? You know what, it isn't any of my business now. Probably never was. I've just learned not to push matters now. Sorry. I'll stop talking about that now..." She stopped talking about his personal matters and found she had nothing else to talk about. She shook her head. The old Angel would have found something to say every time. I'm just not her now... She laid back down, flipping over onto her front, picking a few blades of grass. "How is Logan anyway?" She asked, fiddling with the damp grass in her hands.
[ooc - Dude... That's not a pretty picture. I always thought of them as innocent little Smurfies... Never again. ]

"I don't know," I mutter, then smile softly, grateful that she wasn't pushing it anymore, but at the same time slightly unnerved by her not pushing it as she probably would have before. I shrug slightly, "Logan is...still breathing. I think he's developed what could be described as a conscience with some people...one person, possibly, but other than that, same as usual."
[ooc-lmao...sorry.]

Angel let a small smile onto her face, although her eyes remained cold. She put the grass down and picked up a small, but sharp pebble. She played around with it for a while then glared at it as it cut her. She threw it away and smiled wider when she heard it hit a tree, probably smashing into pieces. She could think of nothing else to say on that matter so looked for something else to play with. Although she had changed, she still couldn't sit still. She didn't desperately search for a topic, like she normally would, and she didn't feel the constant need to talk. In fact, she was actually enjoying the small silence. Even if it was a little odd.
[ooc - Ah, don't worry about it. I'll get over it. I did when I found out how perverted the Barbie Girl song actually was... Poor, innocent little six year olds who sing that song. Have no idea what it really means... ]

I glance sideways at the sound of the pebble hitting the tree, then look out at the lake for a moment before pulling my legs up slightly into a more comfortable position. Silence was welcome for a change. There didn't seem to be many people around here who'd heard of silence.
[ooc-lol, twisted individual that i am, i do find that amusing.]

Angel rolled back onto her back and stared up at the dark sky, the raindrops hitting her face. They gradually grew harder until she was sure she was soaked through. She didn't mind, though. It was strangely refreshing. She wondered why Ian was out in the rain to begin with, but didn't want to break the silence. At least, she didn't want to be the first one to break the silence. She wouldn't care too much if he broke it, but she didn't care either way.
[ooc - Strangely enough, me too. ]

"Why are you out here in the rain anyway?" I ask eventually, picking a strand of grass and knotting it a few times.
[ooc-ah, glad i'm not the only one then.]

"Nothing better to do with my time," she shrugged. "And yourself?" She asked him, sitting up fully. She couldn't tell him the whole story. She couldn't tell anyone out of headquarters. She really didn't care that much, though.
[ooc - Uh... Yep... ]

"I don't know. The way it's dark when it rains, the way everything seems to disappear, then how it makes everyone else in a worse mood and it just seems to hang in the air like a presence..." I look up at the sky with a shrug, "I don't really know for sure."
