Piper sat on a bench, looking around.
The lake in one direction.
It looked ever more vast, and empty than when she was here. There was a few studen'ts walking along it's edges. One girl sitting on the docks.
She looked in the other, and saw the huge castle.
She would give anything to just be able to walk back in and say she was a student there. She missed Hogwarts.
Piper looked over to the other parts of the grounds, and chuckled to herself.
Why had she even bothered to come back this time?

Walking out to the lake I realized how much I came out here since starting here. Sitting down I noticed that someone was next to me, not noticeing earlier because there was so much on my mind. "Hullo, my name's Riyann." I said and yawned and stuck my hand out for her to shake.

Piper jumped slightly when someone started talking to her. She didn't notice anyone there. "Piper Becker." She chuckled shaking her hand. "You tired?" She asks seeing Riyann yawn.

I shrugged. "I always am I think. Which is weird, you'd think it would be everyone around me. Constantly hyper and pulling pranks. The teacher's must hate me, skipping class and stalking them, getting detention, and turning their rooms pink and filling them with multipling bunnies." I said and look out across the lake. "So what year are you in? Or are you graduated?"

"Multipling bunnies?" Piper chuckles softly.
She alwasy knew someone would re-do that old prank...It was so long ago that her father had pulled it. Riyann probably didn't even know that it had already been done...
"Yeah. I'm graduated. You seem to young to be gradutaed, so I'm assuming you still go here."

"6th year, should be 7th but I was behind when I started here." I said and nodded absently. "Gryffindor." I laughed at random things that came back to me from the first few days of my being here and continued laughing at the first day Riley and I had met, tears falling slowly.

"Umm....Good tears or bad tears?" Piper asked, feeling a little awkward. Just a minute ago Ryiann had been laughing. Not even a minute! Was it something she had said that set this girl off?
She's acting like a pregnant woman...

I continued laughing. "Good, just thinking about Riley and all the pranks I pulled with him and on him." I said, "Some don't even add up to a prank though." I added, stopping and thinking. "Sorry." I said slowly. What class am I missing again? I wondered. Oh yea, transfiguration.

I nodded. "He likes me so there's something wrong there." I joked. "Nah, he's funny and really sweet." I said, naming off a few things. "A really good accomplice for putting pranks into action."
