Morning Wind

Tom walked out into the grounds, hands jamed in his pockets. The sun was just coming out.
There wasn't much to do, no one important enough to see. As he walked he saw the sun come up slowly. He walked out towards a tree by the lake, and leaned against it.
He knew that Maddie was around here somewhere. Tom just hadn't seen her since he saw her in the Deparment of Mysteries.
He did care for her, well slightly.
As the wind picked up, he juammed his hands in his pockets even more and let out a soft sigh as the sun finally came up completely.

"So, do you come out to watch the sunrise often?"Ariel asked from her spot on the otherside of the tree.

Tom looked over at the girl who had spoken to him. He shrugged and looked over at the lake.
"Nothing better to do..." He muttered. "Do you?"
