"Well, why would I want to keep it in?" I ask. "I think things, I say them." I shrug. I stay silent for a minute, looking out at the night sky, the moon. "Do you think the moon, ever thinks? Maybe, it thinks 'why do I have to be the moon?' or maybe 'I don't want to be the moon. It's too big a responsibility.' Do you think it ever hurts to be the moon? Maybe rising and setting is agony for it. Maybe it doesn't like people being prisoners of it when it's full. Maybe it wishes it were someone else, like a person, or maybe the sun. Maybe the sun feels the same way." I pause again. "What are you thinking then? You don't seem to say what you're thinking out loud. So, what are you thinking?"

"I don't want people to get hurt by my words," I whispered, "I was also raised not to talk unless talked to. The old Pure-Blood tradition."

"Well, I'm talking to you now. I'm talking to you, asking you what's on your mind. So what is on your mind?"

"Nothing much," I replied, "Just thinking about stuff that concerns about guys. My Potions and DADA essays and other stuff like that."

"That can't be all, can it?" I say, sitting up. "There's got to be something other than the mundane life stuff in there. Here, look at this." I say, angling her head gently towards a moss ridden stone in the wall of the tower. "When you look at this, what do you think?"

"I think it is something that might be able to cure a person from a hex or curse in the near future," I replied.

I laugh. "Really? I think about where the stone's been. How did it get that mould? Do you think that stone wanted to become part of the castle, or maybe part of a bridge, or maybe it just wanted to stay where it had always been?"

"And I thought I was being too observent," I laughed, "No offense."

"None taken. I already know I'm an idiot." I laugh, lying back over the edge. "You know this really is a wonderful view."

"Like I said, I am not keen about falling out the window," I repeated.

I sit up and stick my tongue out at her, then lean back again. "You're missing out..."

I shook my head. "I should get going," I said, "I have to go make a Dark Potion for something. I'll see you around Michael." I stood up and walked towards the door.

"Maybe." I say quietly, leaning back further, not particularly caring if I fell to a horrible grisly death.
