"Hey none-taken." I say,"I'm usually surround buy my guy friends too. I start to many fights with girls so they tend to stay away from me." I laugh.

I laugh. "Well, that's... I dunno, not good? In my experience most girls don't shy away from fights."

"Yeah, well I start a lot of fist fights." I laugh."Short temper and all."

I laugh. "Yeah, that would tend to make people stay away from you."

"Yeah, well they try and fail to stay away."

I laugh. "And why is that? You track them down and threaten to hit them again if they don't come back?"

"No, i tihnk it's along the lines of 'good friend even if she has a bad temper?'."

"Oh." I shrug. "Well, maybe that's what they tell you anyway."

I laugh again. "Sorry." I shrug. "When all else fails, engage in witty banter... except sometimes it antagonizes people."

"Good idea, most people talk about common intersts though,"

"Hmm... there's a thought." I shrug. "What are your interests then?"

"Quidditch, jumping off towers into lakes with my cousin, trying hard to make sure my goddaughter's first word isn't fuck." I laugh,"The usual,"

|
Post by Chance Gracieux on Sept 16, 2007 15:33:41 GMT
"Er... right..." I laugh. "Um... I like Quidditch too... I think you're utterly crazy and are going to get yourself killed... and I sort of get the last one. Haven't had to stop my sister from saying bad words, but I do have to try and convince her not to turn her teacher's ears green. Stuff like that."

"Who doesn't like Quidditch, other then my boyfriend of course, yeah well live fast, die young is Jack's motto, yeah rather not have her Dad kill me for teaching her that..your sister a student here?"

I laugh. "No... that's the problem actually. She's five and goes to school in the Muggle World, but has way more control over her powers than she ought to." I shrug. "I don't believe I've ever met anyone... anyone non-Muggle, that is... who didn't like Quidditch. And Jack sounds like an idiot... no offense."
|
|
|

"Oh wow, must be fun explaining that to her teachers." I laugh,"Yeah well Ian's odd like that and yeah I know Jack is, tell him that everyday."

I laugh. "Actually, I like Ian... think his name is Ian anyway. Does he have a brother who's named after some type of tree and thinks he needs to socialize more?" Then I sigh and shrug. "Yeah... real fun. They want to take her away from my mum and put her in a wizarding foster home because they're sick of having to deal with it." I shake my head bitterly. "Because obviously a mere muggle can't handle a child like that." I shrug again, apologetically for venting.

"Rowan?" I laugh,"Not sure if he's named after a tree I'll check" "Oh that's horrible, damn muggles..no offense or anything."
|
|
|
Post by Chance Gracieux on Sept 16, 2007 20:55:44 GMT
"I... damn ministry," I correct, feeling a little offended. "The muggles all get their memories modified, so they're not making trouble. It's the ministry that thinks my mum can't handle it." I shrug. "And yeah, Rowan is a tree... and apparently he's friends with a friend of mine who concocted some plan to help mindless people find their minds... long story. Ian was dragged along as one of the mindless ones... neither of us wanted to be there." I laugh.

"Sorry, that didn't come out right." I say mental kicking myself. "Yeah, that sounds like the two of them, god I honestly think sometimes they're twins, they have their own secret language and everything."

"Hm... well, I believe he said that he's adopted and they're not related, so it'd be pretty weird if they were somehow also twins," I say, raising my eyebrows and grinning. "And no, that's okay. I know what you meant."

"Hm..." I nod. "And yet the two of us were somehow bullied into staying... me by a girl and Ian by his little brother." I shake my head. "Apparently blackmail was involved... thought you'd like to know that," I shrug.
|
|
|
Post by Madeline Speare on Sept 22, 2007 20:57:57 GMT
"Blackmail is always involved with those two." I laugh,"It's apart of their werid brother bond."

I laugh. "Tends to happen, actually. My friends are pretty impressed that I've managed to start conversations, much less continue them."
