I paced back and forth wondering if she had gotten my owl yet. I needed to talk to Maddie and I couldnt find her anywher."Great, just great." I mutter pulling out a cigarette.

I walked down to the Entrance Hall. I had gotten Sirius's letter, he said he had something important he needed to talk to me. I spot him near the door, he looked, well different. Tired and worn out. "Sirius?" I call. He turned to look at me,"Hey," I smile weakly at him.

"Hey yourself," I smile weakly walking over to her. I pull her into a hug."I havent seen you in a while," I joke kissing her cheek. I look at her sadness in my eyes."Maddie we gotta talk."

I hug him back a small pang of guilt as he kisses my cheek. "Maddie we gotta talk." he says. I look up at him, his eyes are sad."Sirius? What's wrong?" I ask."You okay?"

I nod,"Yeah hun I'm okay, but I gotta talk to you for a sec." I lead her over to the table and sit her down,"Okay here's the thing I'm gonna be gone for a while. dont know how long exactly but for a while. It's for the order." I say making sure no one else could hear."And the thing is, well I dont think I'm ready for a long distance relationship." I say exlpaining it the best I could.

I laugh as she hugs me. I hold her close."Don't worry. I'll be back." I brush the tears forming in her eyes,"Hey no tears. I"ll be okay. Don't you worry about little old me, just wait and see I'll be back and when I do come back if you wanna get together for a little shagging session I'm all up for it," I wink.

I grin agaisnt the kiss as I wrap my arms around her waist holding her tightly, I pull back and brush her bangs from her face,"I'm going to miss you." I say kissing her again.

I pull away for a second and rest my hand on the side of his face. I smile slightly, no matter how much I wanted to be with Ian I loved Sirius, hell I had loved him for a long as I could remember,"I'm gonna miss you too Sirius, take care okay?" I kiss him again,"And come back in one piece."
