Alicia wandered about the forest, her eyes wandering and catching every detail of it. She knew that this wasn't just an ordinary forest just by the vibe it gave off. Being new, she didn't know really anything about it but being the type of person she was, she decided to explore it.
"I wonder if anyone ever comes out here..." Ali thought aloud as she stopped and leaned against a tree.

I walking through the forrest and heard a girl say something. I looked around and followed where the voice came from. A few seconds later I saw a girl I didn't recongnize standing by a tree.
"Hey" I say smiling, walking a little closer to her, with my hand on my wand just in case. Never knew who you'd run into out here.

A bit startled, Ali jumped slightly and turned around to see a boy. "Hi." She smiled at him, "So I guess people do come out here then?" Alicia chuckled lightly and noticed his hand on his wand, "Don't worry, Im harmless I promise." She told him.

I laughed a little, "Yeah, all the time" I say smiling, "Probably too much actually" I add letting go of my wand, "You never know out here" I say with a small chuckle.

Alicia nodded her head, "I can kindof understand why some people would, theres just something about being out here." She said. "Well in my opinion anyway." Ali added, smiling. "I wouldn't really know anything about being here though, Im new around here."

I smiled and nodded my head, "Yeah, there is... It's just not the safest place to be lately." I say with a small shrug, "Have you met many people yet?" I asked her smiling.

Ali quarked her eyebrow at him in interest to what he said about the forest, "How come?" She asked him curiously. "No, your the first person I've met." Alicia added, and smiled.

I shrugged, "There're a lot of places to hide, it's a big forest. Some people think there're death eaters hiding out here" I say looking around a bit, glad it was still light out, "Well, In that case, name's Riley Pearson," I say holding out my hand to her smiling.

Alicia looked around, a little uneasy now that she thought she could be being watched but passing the feeling off and letting her care free attitude kick in. "Wow..." She trailed off, not really knowing what else to say about it. "Nice to meet you, names Alicia Burrows." Ali grinned and shook his hand.

"Yeah, I don't have much else to say about it either" I say with a small chuckle, "Nice to meet you too" I add grinning at her and taking my hand back after she shakes it, "So what house are you in?" I ask curiously, still smiling, "Not that it matters"

She chuckled and nodded her head slightly, "Gryffindor, you?" Ali replied and pushed a piece of hair out of her face. "I hate when people are judgemental and classify you by what house your in." She shrugged, knowing that much at least about Hogwarts, every place had its share of those types of people.

Alicia nodded her head, she was happy that she was lucky enough to have the first person she meet actually understand her and not be a jerk. "I agree. I mean granted I don't know really anything about anyone or anything around here yet, but its kind of common sense to expect everywhere to have people like that ya know?"

I smiled back at her and leaned against a tree I was standing infront of, "Well... Don't zone out while walking on the moving stairs" I chuckled, "And learn how to entertain yourself, because there's nothing to do around here." I say smiling and trying to think of something else.

"Wow uhm..." She trailed off and thought for a moment. "Well, Im seventeen even though I don't look it, I sometimes act on impulse which isn't always smart and I do a lot of crazy things." She grinned, half covering what she thought of to tell him about herself.
