i am in the forest when i hear someone calling me i look around no ones there then all of the sudden i with knowing it i start to tear things apart and my powers go out of control all thats going throught my head is someone help me plz

"Takota" I cried dodging a tree flying by me. I ran over to him jumping over things to get to him "Takota calm down PLEASE" I didn't know what to do his powers were going out of controle, and I was afraid that someone would get hurt.
