I sit...hover...float over the ground, resting my head on my hands.
So, this was death.
Not quite how I expected it to be...but better than life so far.
No one had managed to try and kill me when I was dead, maybe because it was a pointless endeavour, maybe they had and I hadn't noticed, being dead and all.
Well, either way, I'd got what I wanted.
To be left alone.
I'd never intended to die...that way though.
I lie back on the ground, thinking.
Always together, right?
Always.
We'll even die together.
There's no way I'd rather go.
"I'm sorry." I say softly to no one in particular.
