I drag my feet over to the couch, not having enough energy to even walk over to my bed. Didn't have any blankets or pillows on it anways and this couch had Joe on it. Good enough pillow.
Joe and I had moved his things, my things in and move Lin's things around. We had bought a crib that day and I had just gotten Jake to sleep again. When I looked over to the clock I saw that it was three in the morning.
I should have listened to Joe. Let's try it for one night...Just one night. I tell him. Just to see
I kick myself inwardly for wishing this on myself.
"I'm tired..." I mutter leaning my head against Joes chest with my eyes closed dangerously close to falling asleep.

I put my arm around her and glanced at the clock, "You should try and get some sleep. If Jake wakes up again, I'll get him." I say with a tired smile.

I grunted in response. After a few moments I gathered a worded response. "I'm probaly going to fall asleep soon..." She said with a small smile, "And let's hope he doesn't wake up."

"How about we both try and get some sleep," I say, starting to drift off, "And if he wakes up again we'll wake up because he is one of the loudest babys I've ever heard" I finish, more worried about him and Jake than myself. I bring one of my arms and wrap it around him laying my hand on his shoulder traceing circles lightly.

I smiled, "Okay, it's a deal.. Sleep it is." I say with a small chuckle, moving slightly, getting more comfortable. "Don't worry, we'll survive the night."

"Why can't babies be nicer to their parents?" I smile lightly. I smile again as he hugs me close and wrap my other arm around him and bury my face in the crook of his neck.

I feel my eye lids start to drop slightly as I watch him pick up Jake. Jake starts to calm down as soon as Joe picked him up. I fall asleep with a smile on my face.
((after you reply to this, I'ma gonna reply to what happened the next morning after Riyann took him to take care of Jake. That okay?))

Calming down Jake a bit and turn around and smile to see Erin falling asleep. Once he had fallen back asleep I set him back down in the crib. [[ okey dokey sounds good ]] |

After Riyann had picked Jake up I walked back over to the couch and laid back down next to Joe and close my eyes, but didn't sleep. I bury my face in hs shoulder staying close to him waiting for him to wake up.
