Jack smiles weakly,"She been okay? Know she took it hard when my mum.." He trails off, knowing how close his aunt and mum had been, seeing as they were twins.

"I don't think she realises what's going on anymore," He admitted after a moments contemplating honesty versus a white lie, "First dad, then your mum, the war...she just smiles spacily and drifts around the house. Noah's been looking after her in case she gets herself into trouble, hence the Noah being sick and house-confined story."
