Umm... I was just joking. I really don't want Gabby to be some overpowered god wannabe. Personally I was majoring in Art History with a concentration in Greco/Roman art. I'm saying this because I love Greek Mythology and actually know most of the myths, so this concept is making my brain hurt.
I don't understand why you don't start a new rp because this has nothing to do with Harry Potter. You can keep the same character names and personalities and family relations but honestly vampires in HP aren't exiled gods. But that's just my thoughts.
Mythology lesson time.
I'm irrate cause you're completely ignoring the mythology you're borrowing the characters from to form these 'bonds'.
Yes, there was a ton of incest in greek mythology, adultery as well. Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Hades, Demeter, and Hestia are all siblings. Hera and Demeter had children from their brothers.
Hestia, Athena, and Artemis are VIRGINS!!! I want to know how they can have a soul mate when they've never had a lover. Athena especially; she's known as Athena the Virgin.
Psyche is not a goddess. She was a mortal princess that Cupid fell in love with, Zeus eventually brought her to Olympus and gave her ambrosia thus making her immortal.
It's ironic you have Demeter and Poseidon as soul mates since the one time they have children together is when Demeter tries to run away from him as a mare and he turns into a stallion to persue her. After the birth of their twins she is enraged, cleanses herself of the act, and never has a child with him again. Not a good couple.
Posedion's mythical wife, Amphitrite is actually an ancient sea goddess and during pre-Olympus times was a powerful goddess in her own right.
As someone already said, Aphrodite didn't like her husband Hephaestus and had tons of affairs most notably with Ares. Cupid is not Hephaestus' son. He's either given as Hermes, Zeus, or Ares son. I won't even get into all the other possible combinations that Cupid supposedly came from that don't include Aphrodite.
Damara is a celtic fertility goddess. Had to look in my old Wiccan links for that one.
Arely and Lavedo... where are these from? I've never heard of them. I've never heard of any children coming from Persperone and Hades. Plus Persephone had a nasty habit of turning all of the women Hades cheated with into plants.
If you want a goddess of peace then use Harmonia is the goddess of harmony and concord. She's the daughter of Ares and Aphrodite or Aphrodite and Hephaestus. Sometimes she's listed as Zeus' daughter from yet another conquest. She however always is the wife of Cadmus a mortal and is given to him in marriage.
There are a ton of gods and goddess in greek mythology. You don't have to make any new ones up.

I realize that I don't have to participate, however what does the god/vampires have to do with Harry Potter? This is a Harry Potter RP right? Last I checked vampires from HP weren't exiled gods. That's why I'm trying to figure out why this is on this site. Why not set up a seperate rp with this idea? Or is this just an excuse to have overpowerful characters?
You couldn't have regular vampires? The blood sucking murdering kind? Have a plausible backstory for vampires that fits into what we've seen in the books? What is the damn purpose for having god vampires? Really?
And it does effect everyone else on this site. Cause eventually you're god vamps are going to interact with other characters.
I'm gonna take my brother's idea and I would like to propose laser shooting, ice winged, demon alien twin headed babies that can't be defeated and are superintellgent. From Luxembourg where during a demon summoning ritual a meteorite landed in the circle and the resulting creatures are mutated hybrids. There that's as plausible as godvamps IN Harry Potter.
