Perry's eyes narrow and what happened next was beyond his control.
His temper had gotten the best of him, his wand aimed at both of them. His eyes move over to his sister. She'd be the first.
"Avada Kedavra!"

Nathan froze in shock. He hadn't seen that coming.
Numbness swept through him as he watched Rory fall. This could not be happening. That was his Rory and that his cousin killing her and that was the height of ridiculousness.
He feels like he's being torn down the middle, as the urge to grab Rory and hold her until she comes back is almost overpowering but the need to either protect himself or hurt Perry as much as possible was just as strong.
In a split second, self-preservation kicked in and he drew his wand in one fluid movement and with a roar like a wounded animal he lunged at his cousin, knocking him backwards to the floor.

Perry fall back, his cousin's weight crushing him."I warned you blood tratior." He snarls. ramming his wand into Nathan's temple."Redemption is not for the sinners." He whispers."Avada Kedavra."
