"The only proof I can think of on short notice is Biblical references. Genesis says that Adam was created first right? Thus men are superior. And anyway it was Eve that fucked it up for humanity by eating the forbidden fruit. And the New Testament says that men are to women as Christ is to the church. And right now, that's the only proof I can think of."
