I laugh at Jacob a little and hear Patrick laugh as well, and seeing a old man come from outside "Yes Sir" he asks Jacob

"Wanna buy the house. Now gimme gimme gimme!" Jacob smiled, paying for the house and kicking the older guy out, not bothering with his stuff. "I'll drop your posessions off later. I assume you have somewhere else to go, since you're selling this house?" He asked, watching the man nod his head and walk off. "That was fast... And surprisingly easy... And now it's all ours!"

"I'll be in there in a minute!" I say, quietly so I didn't wake Patrick. I lay him down on the bed, kissing him lightly on the cheek before joining her in the bedroom. "Not a bad room, huh?"
