Windy & Wet Afternoon

[Henry Demtrius]

I sit on a hill by the castle, just taking a break from my DADA studies. I lean back on my elbows, and nearly slip, since it was raining earlier before I came out to the grounds.

"That wasn't smart..." I say laughing. I sit back up and a gust of wind takes my Anaheim Angels baseball hat right off my hat. "Darn it..." I mutter as I start running after my hat. Once again I slip and fall, but manage to catch my hat in the process.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya watched the boy, an amused expression on her face.
She decided to talk over to the boy, seeing as he was still down.
Stopping infront of him she exetnded a hand to help him and said, "Are you okay?"

[Henry Demtrius]

I look up and grin. "Yes, I"m alright, thank you..." I say taking her hand, and standing up. "Henry Demtrius." I say kissing her hand.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya watched him, a slight blush forming when he kissed her hand, "Taya Roberts, it's a pleasure to meet you Henry."

[Henry Demtrius]

"No the pleasure is mine Taya." I say still with a grin on my face. "Be careful around here, it's a bit slippery..." I say with a laugh.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya looked around the grounds and nodded her head, "I could tell," She said with a laugh as she referred to his falling earlier.

[Henry Demtrius]

"So, what is a beautiful girl like yourself doing out on the grounds in this condition?" I ask her.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya blushed slightly again, "Um, I like to draw scenes when the weather is like this," She said, smiling.

[Henry Demtrius]

"I see. I wish I could draw. I can't even draw a straight line, and when I try to draw a curved one it's all wiggly..." I say chuckling softly. "So, what house are in Miss Taya?"

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

"Hufflepuff," Taya stated proudly, "Yourself?" She asked afterwards, pushing some of her hair behind her ear.

[Henry Demtrius]

"I'm a gryffindor, 7th year." I say standing tall giving her a wink. "Don't worry I'm not egotistic like most of them..." I say laughing.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya laughed, "Okay, I'll take your word on that then."

[Henry Demtrius]

"So, seen anything interesting to draw yet?" I ask her as I take off my jacket and set it on the ground for her to sit on. I sit down next to the jacket, looking up at her.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya watched him carefully and looked down at him surprised before shaking her head, "I couldn't possibly just let you sit on the wet ground," Then answered his question, "Not really, I did draw a few first years as they played near the lake. That's about it."

[Henry Demtrius]

"May I attempt to draw you? Of course it wouldn't ever come close to your beauty though." I say to her. "I'm already wet anyway, it's not gonna kill me, unless I was the wicked witch of the west..." I say laughing.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

"Only if I can draw you," Taya said, smiling then hesitantly sitting on the jacket.

[Henry Demtrius]

"Sure go ahead..." I say to her. "So, do I have to pose or what?" I ask as she sits down next to me.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya chuckled and took out her notebook and pencil, "Just be yourself," She said as she opened up the notebook to a clean piece of paper.

[Henry Demtrius]

I think for a moment and nod my head. I look and give her a huge smile. "Ta-dah!" I say through my smile.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya looked up at him, taking it in for a moment then looked down at the paper, starting on the drawing with furrowed eyebrows.

[Henry Demtrius]

I continue to sit there, my sides of mouth starting to ache, but I keep smiling anyway.

Taya finished the face and said, "You can quit smiling now if you want."

[Henry Demtrius]

I sigh slightly and release the smile. "Almost done yet?" I ask her, keeping my position.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

"In just a second," Taya said, making a few more designs then placing her pencil down, "Done!"
She grinned, happy with the drawing and handed him the notebook to see.

[Henry Demtrius]

I take the notebook and look at her drawing. "I think you exaggerated some. I don't look like that." I say teasing her. "And my eyebrows aren't that harry...are they?" I try to smooth my eyebrows down, sarcastically.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

Taya looked at his eyebrows then nodded, "Yes they are," She said, sticking out her tongue.

[Henry Demtrius]

"No they're not..." I say putting my index finger on top of them, to make them look have their size. "They see, they're skinner than yours." I say sticking out my tongue as well.

[Taya Lynn Roberts]

"You wish they were as skinny as mine," Taya said, crossing her arms over her chest.

[Henry Demtrius]

"I'm just playing with you..." I say to her. "Besides I'm guy, my eyebrows are supposed to be thick." I say crossing my arms playfully to tease her.

Taya raised an eyebrow then laughed, "You look funny with your arms crossed like that," She said, smiling.
