"Yeah..." I say slowly, not sure if I want it to or not. I'm tired of forgiving people who maybe don't deserve it... but I certainly don't want to hold an unnecessary grudge against someone who does deserve to be forgiven.

I pause a moment, not sure if 'friend' is the right word, then shrug and carry on.
