I run a shaky hand through my hair, blinking to clear my rapidbly blurring vision.
I hated lying.
Hated it.
And this was the worst thing to lie about.

I stand up and start to go after her, then force myself to sit down.
I drum my fingers on the table for a few seconds.
Then stand up again.
Then force myself, having to use more effort than before, to sit down again.

I sit down in the empty entrance hall.
Everyone was in the great hall having fun.
I certainly wasn't.
I sat, head in hands, sobbing quietly.
Hoping no one would ask if i was okay.
I would definately break down then.
I couldn't break down.

He's still fast asleep.
"Yeah, I'm going after her. Come on." I lift him up out of his chair, and holding him to my chest so his head was resting in the crook of my neck, then hurrying out of the hall.
"Isa!" I call then see her on the stairs.
I hesitate a minute, then go and sit next to her. "Isa-...I-...I'm sorry-...I didn't mean a word-..."
