"Oh, are you trying to make me feel bad now?" I ask, half-teasing. "I wish I could've been."

Peter frowned slightly. "Not really. But I wish you could've too."

I nod, shrugging a little. "Oh, well.... I met my nephew!" I say suddenly, excitedly.

"DUDETTE!! You have a nephew!?"

"Yes I do!" I all but yell, laughing. "His name's Arthur Jules Bernard Richards and he's tiny and quiet and likes to watch people. Ariel's son, if you remember her." I shrug. Ariel was about a year above Peter, in Ravenclaw... and had been the one to turn Peter's socks irreversibly pink after I stole them.

Peter laughed slightly. "Wasn't she your partner in crime when you turned my socks pink?" He asked.

"Yes, that would be the one," I grin. "She was a Ravenclaw, and older... very useful for pranks."

Peter laughed. "I knew you couldn't do it yourself!!" He teased.

"Well, give me a break... I was twelve." I grin. "I bet that I could replicate the same prank on my own now, if you'd like."

"No, thank you. With two daughters, I've had enough of pink, thank you very much."

"Now that's a little stereotypical, isn't it?" I ask. "Do they actually like pink or do you assume they do?"

"Well, Sarah does. Amy seems to prefer purple."

"Ah...." I nod, then make a face. "The other girly color. But you know, that's all the more reason to turn your socks pink again. Maybe I can even get Amy and Sarah to help me."

"NO! YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE MY CHILDREN EVIL!!!!" Peter shouted, laughing.

"What? You think that job is exclusively for you?" I half-yell back, laughing, with my hands over my ears.

Peter laughed and nodded. "YES!!!"

Post by Alexandra Foster on Feb 5, 2008 22:53:59 GMT
"WELL THAT'S ALL YOU KNOW!" I yell, still laughing with my hands over my ears. "Because I most definitely can corrupt your children if I wish, and you can't stop me," I add in a more normal voice, dropping my hands and grinning.

"Oh? And this was all just reverse psychology or something?" I shake my head. "Don't give me that... you're not nearly clever enough to have thought of it."

"I- I- That hurts Andra, I think you're making my heart bleed." He said, putting a shocked face on.

I laugh, not even bothering to pretend, and reach up to ruffle his hair. "You'll get over it."

"I will not!" I say, as if insulted, then grin. "Although I might regret being so nice to you."

Post by Alexandra Foster on Feb 6, 2008 22:55:31 GMT
"Oh yeah...." I pause a moment, then grin and shake my head. "Nope... I think I'll still be cruel. I can buy my own motorcycle."

"NO! Me buying it makes it special!!!!!!!!!!!"
|

|
Post by Alexandra Foster on Feb 8, 2008 1:54:08 GMT
"It can be special anyway," I argue, trying futilely not to grin. "And I'll still love you a little bit, just like always."

Peter wrinkled his nose. "Raspberry's gross."
