I shrugged. "I have kids. I want to make sure they're taken care of, if I was to die. I mean," I looked down. "When Gid died, Ian, who was with Kim, didn't know what to do with her. He didn't know I was co-godad, or he said he would've taken her to me, but he took her to Izzy instead. I mean, Kim's mum's prolly gonna try some custody battle, and I know Izzy must love that little girl, but because there was no will, there's nothing she can do about it."

"peter kim mom died a little bit ago." i say softly. fabian and i are next in line o get her, and seeing as fabain is gone now to i'm the only one. and taking im away from izzy would be like taking bill or charlie away from me that's just inhuman."
