I let out a deep breath. "Tell me about it. I didn't recognize her - well, I mean, I knew it was her, but then the rational part of me was saying 'no, she's dead', and then Cassie told me that it really was her, and I was like - wow." I nodded, then added, "Yeah, so I apologized to her and Cassie, and they no longer hate me."

"Oh yeah well.." Saphire stopped for a minute then burst out laughing.
She couldn't think of anything else to say, except to keep going with the pattern.
Eventually though, she would have gotten lost and confuse herself.
