Amiee sat in the Reception area, hands in her lap and a blank face.
She had come to Mungo's to see if there was a chance that she cold ever see again. Amiee came every other month, just to check up on it, but after talking with Kaloris she wanted to go a bit ealier.
They had said that things were going good, but they still couldn't tell for sure. The chances had gotten high though.
You would think she would be grinning ear to ear, right?
Well they had also decided that it would be a good idea to do a little check up to.
No big deal. It was nothing.
Until they took her into the back room.
Nothing good ever comes from the office. Nothing.
The healer had said that she was pregnant.
"I can't be p-p..." She mutters not even able to say it. She didn't want to say it.
Amiee loved children. She always did want one, but...Not now.
She had sent a letter to Kaloris, telling him to get to Mungo's as quick as he could.
So there she sat, with the blank look on her face and hands in her lap.

Kaloris walked in, looking around everywhere for Amiee. He had recieved her letter and was worried about her rush for him to get there. He spotted her,"Amiee, is everything ok?"He asked looking at her, still worried.

"I'm-...You-...We are-..." She says tring to get it out, but still can't. Amiee burys her face in his shoulder and takes a deep breath and opens her mouth to try and say it again. "I'm-..." She stops again.
Well this was going as expected.

"I don't know Kaloris! I don't have any idea what I'm doing!" She crys. "I don't want a kid. I'll screw it up. I'm not ready for a kid." She says tears flowing freely from her face. "I'm not ready for a baby."

"Don't yell at me!" She yells back, crying and stands up, walking away hands in front of her, trying to find her way to the exit.

Kaloris groaned and ran after her,grabbing her by the arm, but gently, and pulling her into him.
"Amiee, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell."He said rubbing her head.

Amiee stood there and wraped her arms around him, making it so she was closer to him. She was still a bit angry that he had yelled at her, but she would get over it.
She stayed silent, staying in his arms.

She forced a laugh, seeing if it would make her feel better. It didn't. She buried her face in his chest and closed her eyes again, hopeing that she would wake up and that this was a dream.
