Jay looks at her for a moment. Not because he had to think about his answer, but because he wondered why she was asking this. "No Shelby. No. I don't. I need you Shell..The kids need you." He tells her keeping his arm around her.

"Shelby they're kids. They thought you had died, and now you've come back. They don't know how to react." He says. "They're still your kids. They're still our kids. Come on Shelby...They need you. I had just told them what happened this morning anyways."

Jay walks with her, and once they get downstairs he hears Jake going on his story again. all of the kids were in the same spots. "Ready this time?" He asked

Jay gives her hand a reassureing squeeze and lead her into the living room. Jessie, Justin and Dustin all walk over to the two of them and look up at Shelby.
"Hi." Jessie grins up Shelby. Just and Dustin wave up at her, each on one side of Jessie.

When she sits on the ground all of them walk over and get around her. Jay walks over and sits next to Jake, watching them all.
Shelby needed to see that they all needed her.

"Momma..."Jenny says simply staring at me still. She walks over and pokes me in the forehead, then my mouth. I gently bite her finger. "Yup it's momma." she laughs and jumps in my lap.
"Mommy we missed you." Zoe says as she plays with my hair. The others nod. I smile as they all hug me, sit on my lap, or play with my hair and hands.

Jay smiles over at her, just looking at her. "Well this touching family event is...Er..Touching." Jake chuckled and stood up and ruffled some of the kids hair when he walked over. Jay walked over after him and sat behind Shelby and kissed the top of her head.

Jay chuckles softly and nods. He brushes the hair off of Shelbyd neck off to one side and kisses it lightly.
