Bored (Arden Patricks)

[Riyann Servansikk]

I walked into the courtyard and layed down next to a single tree. The sun was getting in my eyes so I closed them and heard footsteps coming closer towards me. "Hullo." I said, my wand, as usual, at my side hidden but usable.

[Arden Patricks]

I walk around the courtyard, looking for my favorite tree to study by and hoping that there's no one nearby.
My luck, I think, sighing bitterly as I approach it and notice someone there. But I put on a smile anyway, even before noticing it's that crazy friend of Andra's. "Hull... oh. I know you," I say in surprise.

[Riyann Servansikk]

I laughed lightly and looked up and saw Arden. "Oh, Hullo again." I laughed and at her look of surprise.

[Arden Patricks]

"Hullo to you too... though I can't remember your name...." I laugh apologetically and sit down across from her, dumping my books on the ground.

[Riyann Servansikk]

"Riyann." I said and laughed with her. "Homework?"

[Arden Patricks]

"Too much," I grimace slightly. "And what are you doing out here? Trying to be alone? 'Cause I can leave...."

[Riyann Servansikk]

"Nah, just being bored." I said smiling, "I'll leave you alone to your homework if you want though."

[Arden Patricks]

I look down at the books a moment rather disgustedly, knowing I should probably start.... Then I shake my head. "No... I can do it later. Any reason that you're bored?"

[Riyann Servansikk]

"No one to prank with or on at the moment. No one to go completly insane with." I said laughing lightly.

[Arden Patricks]

I grin. "Well... I'd offer to help, but I've been told that I'm almost sensible enough to actually be boring. All of your friends busy or something?"

[Riyann Servansikk]

"No clue actually. I just, uh, should probably lay off on the pranking before I get in to much trouble." I said grinning widely.

[Arden Patricks]

"Why?" I ask, laughing. "What exactly have you done?"

[Riyann Servansikk]

I started laughing at the recolection of that one day. "Hmm, in one day I managed to scare Riley Pearson to death by hanging out the owlery window by my legs and then smacking my head coming back in. Ah, we threw ice cream and pop over eachother. We sang so many different songs and then quickly switching them as people joined in, foreverly screwing them up. We blew up marshmellows in a joke shop with a whole bunch of explosives. I jumped into the black lake and made Riley think I was drowning so he'd come in. Ahh more to that one story. We went in and did the singing thing again on the staircases after I threw Riley's sock into the black lake and the squid ate it. I died his hair pink and went to dinner at the Slytherin table and took the food off their plates literally and then I turned his hair black. After all of this we made McGonagall's room pure pink, eww by the way, and filled it with multipling bunnies. All in one day." I said and took a deep breath of air after saying that all on one breath.

[Arden Patricks]

I sit back a bit and blink, then raise my eyebrows. "Wow. That's... impressive," I laugh, unable to come up with any other word.

[Riyann Servansikk]

I laughed after I thought of how funny it sounded, and yes, how impressive. "I guess so." I said smiling brightly.

[Arden Patricks]

"Sounds fun, too, if a little bit insane," I add, smiling.

[Riyann Servansikk]

"That's me, a little insane." I said but couldn't stop thinking about the kiss.

[Arden Patricks]

"So I've heard," I nod solemnly. "Hey... you said Riley Pearson, right?"

[Riyann Servansikk]

"Uh huh." I said, slowly coming out of my thoughts.

[Arden Patricks]

"I know him," I nod, then shrug since that was all I really had to say. You are really, really weird and have a pretty dull life when you get all excited over recognizing somebody's name.
"He's part of a conspiracy, you know," I add just for the hell of it.

[Riyann Servansikk]

"Oh?" I asked and laughed lightly to myself. "What conspiracy and why haven't I joined?" I asked almost to loudly.

[Arden Patricks]

"Well... it's a conspiracy of guys," I say, laughing slightly at the fact that I'm actually repeating the stupid story to someone. "They play chameleon in portraits and hide in suits of armor, then they get together and bake things. Usually souffles." I nod wisely.

[Riyann Servansikk]

"OH, sounds fun." I said hyperly. "Can I join?"

[Arden Patricks]

"Um... only if you're a guy," I laugh. "And I think he threatened to kill me if I told anyone what I'd found out, so please don't spread it around."

[Riyann Servansikk]

I laughed, "I won't let him kill you, and I already know that he cooks." I said and smiled softly. "But, I want to join." I said and pouted slightly before laughing.

[Arden Patricks]

"But baking is bad for your health," I argue, laughing. "I think... I think that I told him it turns your skin green. You don't want green skin, do you?"

[Riyann Servansikk]

I laughed at the thought of my skin turning green. "And what type of baking are you talking about?" I asked and continued laughing.

[Arden Patricks]

"Oh, you know... cookies and souffles... the usual. It's a really awful habit that you don't want to get caught up in." I grin.

[Riyann Servansikk]

"But, but, but." I stuttered. "COOKIES." I finally screamed out, watching as a group of birds took flight soon after.

[Arden Patricks]

"Ah! Yes, cookies!" I laugh, clapping my hands to my ears. "You're evil by the way."
