i had walked down tom the courtyard with izzy. she was going to talk to sirius for the first time since their break up, and really talk to him. i had offered to come with her for moral support.
"are you ready?" i asked izzy.

I take a deep breath, i had to admit it, i was nervous. "I think so." I say quietly, looking at the floor waiting for him to turn up.

I walk into the courtyard after i had been told to meet Belle there. This was the first time i would have seen her since she broke up with me. I had calmed down since then, and sobered up. I no longer wanted to kill anyone, i just wanted to talk.

i hear footsteps from behind and when i turn i see sirius. "there he is." i say and push her softly toward him. "remember I'm here. just flick him off if you need help, now go wonder woman." i whisper in her ear and walking toward a tree to climb in. close enough to see but far enough so i can't hear or intrude.

I take a deep breath "Sirius, i wanted to tell you that i'm sorry. It shouldn't have ended like it did and i wish i could go back and change it. But the thing is, i think this is for the best. We're too different, you deserve better than me. You deserve someone who will love you till the end of the universe and back. I'm not that girl Sirius, i'm sorry." I finish quietly and stare at you floor.
