Feeling the cold breeze too, I shrugged off my jacket, put it around her shoulders and then put my arm back around her, rubbing the said of her arm with my hand.

"Haha, wow... umm, okay, where to start..." I reply to her, "I live with my mom, step-dad and my step-sister. I've been playing guitar for about 4 years and umm.. haha... I like art and reading." I pause for a second to think of things about myself, "My favorite animal's are llamas and penguins... and uh... I just turned 18 a month ago, I'm 6'3" and I like trees... My mind has gone blank... ha"

"Haha" I laugh at what she says and run a little faster than I was a moment before. It was really dark out and being the klutz I am, I tripped on my own foot and stumbled but somehow managed to catch myself before I fell.
When I looked up I saw Janie running toward the swinging branches of the whopping willow.
"Janie!" I yelled to her starting to run in her direction, "Watch out!!"

I saw a swinging branch hit her head and I sprinted toward her. When I got closer I ducked at an oncoming branch but got scratched by another small one on the cheek. I bent down, quickly picked her up and ran away from the tree as fast as I could.
When I was a safe distance away I set Janie down on the grass and asked her slightly frantically, "Are you okay?"

"It wasn't a problem." I say slighly chuckling as I take a seat next to her. "Are you sure you're okay? It looked like it hit you pretty hard..." I say looking at where the limb hit her.
