Peter and Cassie were talking and joking about how they want to kill Regulus for killing molly then cassie said how they couldn't cause they're order members and Peter said 'torture?' and Cassie said, no, that'd be like going to his level, so Peter was like pay someone to torture? and cassie said the same thing but Peter doesn't care so now he's hiring someone to torture Regulus.
