Okay. Yesterday when I was attempting (key word there, lol) to write my english rough draft, I turned on my tv. Raise Your Voice was on and my roommate was like isn't that Hilary Duff. Stupid me said no, That's Shelby. She just looked at me like I was retarded, or if I had too many marshmallows. ;D
I do it all the time whenever I see a celeb somewhere I relate it first hand to a character on this site. Especially Shelby and Logan. I died laughing this winter break when I watched A Cinderella Story. lol
So, the question is does anyone else actually do this? Or am I just to the point of going to a mental hospital soon? I hope you all visit me if it's a yes. lol

Ooh! I do that! The other day I saw a Sirius Black - sorry, Orlando Bloom - poster on my sister's door, and that was honestly my first thought. ;D

Ahhh... Morning! Isn't like 7 or something there? Crazy. Hey you want to do my english? It's due at 11... lol
Nice. Whenever I see Jessica Simpson, I just think haha. Maddie. she hates me now. lol

Hm... think maybe I'll pass on that one... And it's eight. Haha... same here. ;D Mostly celebrities I never paid any attention to previously... I still see Anna Paquin and think Anna Paquin.

Awww... I just don't wanna type it. I'm being lazy. *blames 4 day weekend* sighs. At least I got the calc done.
It just happens with characters I rp with. Mostly it's with my characters, Maddie, Izzy, Riley, and Sirius usually. lol

Hm... it occurs to me that I wouldn't really be able to help you if you haven't typed it.... Silly four-day weekends... my sibs in high school had five, and the other two had three... but nope, I just had a normal one. *glares* That makes sense.... Hm. I hope it's not that both of us are crazy. ;D

Ooooo. I don't like glares. It's not nice Jennie. lol
We probably are, knowing our luck. ;D

;D Eh, then again... when my dad sees Richard Dean Anderson playing Colonel O'Neal on Stargate, he says, "Oh, look! It's MacGyver!" And when we see him playing MacGyver we say, "Oh, look! It's Colonel O'Neal!" So... it's kind of the same thing. Totally normal.

Yay for being normal. lol I do that too actually. Whenever I see Reese Witherspoon, I instantly think of Elle from Legally Blonde. lol
Guess What? I'm typing my draft! I think it should a page and a half since it's only supposed to be 4 for the final one.

Yeah... think most people probably do. So... if we're crazy, it's not because of that. ;D Heheh... good for you! But... your teacher doesn't agree? I am typing... a post. Heheh.

Haha. My essay has to be about a topic from the book Generation Me. I hate the book. I want to set it on fire and evilly laugh as I do so. lol
So, I really couldn't think of something I had a passion to write about dealing with her topics. I just picked how Twenge believes that our generation just does what's makes us happy, no matter how unrealistic our hopes and dreams are compared to our parents in which she claims followed what their parents said that they were capable of doing.
I'm writing against the second part with our parent's generation view.

Huh... never heard of that book but it sounds entertaining... lol. Maybe setting it on fire would be going a little too far....

But why... It's so stereotypical. Saying that we only care for ourselves and nothing else. Not everyone is like that. I volunteer all the time at food banks, salvation army, heck every year I go through my clothes and donate the ones I never wear, or don't fit.

Yeah, I know... Hate stuff like that. Like this essay I read about someone who looked through college students' dumpsters and was talking about how wasteful they were. I wanted to stand up and yell that my parents ould throw out the things he described, but I never would. Grr....

Exactly. We recycle in every building here at the university. I mean everything. The only thing that gets thrown away are things that can't like styroform cups. That makes me mad as well, since my parents never do.
Well, I have to go to class. lol I'll be back later today. It's about 2.5 pages. ;D

Grr. At the moment I'm considering murdering a couple of idiots who are driving the whole lab crazy by hogging three computers while they loudly talk of football. Sorry, had to mention that. ;D Good job! Have fun in class!

Haha. It sucked. She didn't even collect them, or do anything with them, I'm not happy.
And no worries. I'll help with the killing of people, But I do love football. ;D

Well, that's rather silly of her. Eh, I don't mind that they were talking about football, just that they were talking at all. It's very rude.

Yeah... lol
True. This one guy was speaking a total different language very loudly on his phone today.

So when's the actual paper due?
Hm.... Well, if he was speaking a different language he might have had an excuse, like maybe it was long distance and a bad connection or something. *shrug*

Today I think. She calls it a second draft. Not a final, so it confuses me. I don't think she'd give us only a day to fix a paper.

Post by Arden Patricks on Jan 24, 2008 14:15:08 GMT
Huh... so you have another draft after this one then? What class is it anyway? And I have to go now.... Goodbye, me love! *waves handkerchief dramatically* lol

Right the same draft. It's my English Comp. 2. I hate English with a passion. Awwww... *cries hysterically awaiting Jennie's return* ;D
