I make a face. "Meh... that can't be true. And even if it is, it isn't random... we hufflepuffs except anyone... even if they're thick." I smile, then turn back to my tortoise, putting on the finishing touches.

I nod, looking up at the walls and ceiling. "Yeah... not many people do want to leave this place before they have to." I shiver slightly as it suddenly occurs to me that I have nowhere to go this summer. "Do you know what you're going to do after Hogwarts?"

Angel shook her head. "No, I'm not muggle born. They just interest me a lot. I love all muggle things, whether they are good or not. Just the ideas behind them. It fascinates me."

I nod. "I always wanted to take Muggle Studies... I figured if my parents didn't like them they must have a lot of good points." I grin, then shrug. "But I really wasn't bold enough back then to risk incurring their wrath... so instead I just badger muggleborn friends of mine with stupid questions."
