Haha, that's probably it, actually lol, yeah it was rather fun Oooooo *dazed look* Fuuuuuun *calmly sits in chair* Isn't it just?! Lmao, ya know, that's prolly my problem too. I still can't figure out how to start it.... I've got a bit of the plotline layed out though... *shrug* Haha, that's what I'm hoping for. My friend Lindsey said I'd probably lose a bunch of points, but that I should still do it. I'm of half a mind to do it too, lol

Yeah, probably. I no longer have any idea what we're talking about, so let's just agree with each other. *chuckles evilly under breath* I can't believe she fell for it.... Yes, it is. But if you get famous before me, will you tell everyone I'm not crazy? Oh, yeah... starting is wondrous fun.... I think I rewrote the beginning four chapters of my first book about five times before I could move on. Hm. Well, when is it due for heaven's sake? And how close to actually completing the assignment are you? I have a very stale cupcake by the way. Would you like one? Oh... and speaking of food... I can't get you that popcorn I promised anymore, because Laura got fired over the weekend.

Lol, okay! *shifty eyes* Fell for whaaaat? Okay! If I become famous before you, I will write a book about how you're not crazy! lol, it's terrible because I usually start writing, then come up with new plot twists, and have to go back and write them in Um...it's due in December, I believe. And I've got...nothing....a few sources, some questions, that's it Um....sure..... I want cupcakes....so bad....mmmmmmm Oh, that bites, I love that popcorn What for?

*jumps dramatically, then tries to hide it* What? What was that? Um... you didn't hear something, did you? *presses hand to patient's forehead* Ooh, cool... I didn't expect a whole book.... I know! I hate that! Lol... well, you should maybe start working on it, and/or come up with a really convincing argument for your paper about how the assignment was a waste of time. Okay! Here you go then.... And it was for something really stupid... she's s'posed to upsell, you know - if they ask for a small pop she asks if they don't want a medium, etc. And there was this Secret Shopper there who she did upsell to, but then he came back for another pop or something and she didn't upsell the second time. Her boss is really pissed about it too, 'cause she's one of his best workers, but it's company policy so there's nothing he can do. *shrug* She still has a couiple weeks left though, that she was already scheduled for, so she says she's going to bring some more popcorn before they kick her out.

*looks at suspicious person touching me* Maybe I'm hearing things again.... Oh yeah, you get the ENTIRE book or at least a chapter Ulgh me too I will....... Aww, that bites so hard....it's so stupid, like she did it the first time, why go back?

*nods a little too quickly and tries to sound reassuring* Ah... yes, dear... yes, that's probably it. Why don't you sit down now, hm? *gives gigantic grin* Ah, sweet! Thank you. You're a very generous person, you know that? Like when I asked for an autographed copy of your first novel and you offered me a private jet. But what I hate even more is not being able to write anything at all. I'm just stuck... and procrastinating.... Can't keep my mind on it. Eventually.... I dunno... stupid Secret Shopper, trying to trip her up. It's kind of funny though... apparently like 80% of their employees of the month get fired within a few months for not upselling.

*grins back innocently and sits down* Wow, aren't you nice?! And here I was thinking you were going to shut me in a loony bin or something No problem! And I kind of am generous, aren't I? I'm sure everybody I promise things to deserve it, though Yeah.....I think I may actually start writing this weekend. Or Tuesday. Whichever, lol Right.... Stupid Secret Shoppers. She should try reapplying after, see what happens

*laughs a little too loudly and hysterically* Now, why would we do that, dearest? Lol. Yeah... just don't start funding guerilla groups trying to overthrow the government just because they ask you politely. Lol... yeah... same thing, really, right? I mean, now... or at Thanksgiving.... Heh... think they'd rehire her pretty quick, the managers are crazy about her. She's going to get the most glowing recommendation ever written. And we have popcorn by the way. Like a bag whose diameter is at least two feet around. So I definitely think we can spare you some.

*giggles nervously* And why would they do that? *mutters under breath* Silly psycho.... Lol... to a guerrilla group bent on overthrowing the government? *sigh* Yep... still haven't done anything. Dammit. I was actually starting to lose interest in the site a little... just a little... and then bam! MattyMatt decides to show his ugly face for the first time in ages. *scowl* Not that I'm actually complaining of course, but it really isn't helping me shift focus off of Arden and onto Tommy Garr. Yep. To the second anyway. The managers are being really nice to her, giving her lots of hours so she can make as much money as possible before she's gone for good. Yay! Here's your popcorn.

*coughs* Dammit.... *puts on wide smile again* Why... nothing, sweetie. Nothing at all.... I'd say so. Lol. Um... MattyMatt is real. He plays Logan Andrews. Tommy Garr is one the characters in my book. I guess. She's happy about all the hours though. And she made so many friends there that she'll probably still get free popcorn and pop after she's fired. ;D

Whoa... major deja vu all of a sudden. And not only that, but it's deja vu of deja vu. How weird is that? Yeah... sounds like something you should work on. Go kick a puppy until you're desensitized to the meanness of it. ;D Yep. I can see why you were confused before though. Yes, very. The other day she went to a movie and actually got free popcorn delivered to her in the theater so the customers wouldn't see that she wasn't paying for it. ;D

Just a little. My dad has this weird theory that at the end of the universe, it will all start all over again an infinite number of times, so deja vu is actually somehow a memory of one of the other times that we were on this loop... it's kind of hard to explain. *shrug* Move them to the basement. Yes... occasionally... when he feels like it. He generally shows up maybe once a week and doesn't stay long. Isn't it? ;D Her coworkers are great.

Post by Arden Patricks on Nov 14, 2007 19:41:00 GMT
We also have kind of a theory that because the universe is infinite, maybe all the fictional works in the world actually took place in another place and time, and authors somehow tap into the universe and report true events... including Star Wars and everything. Even fanfic. All of it really happened somewhere due to infinity. ;D I do have those, yes. *tips head with false modesty* Yeah, silly boys. Grr. I suppose it take a particular type of person top work at the movie theater as opposed to say, the grocery store. She says her coworkers there were all preps whose conversations consisted mostly of 'so I almost got caught last weekend.' The movie theater people, on the other hand, include a dude who knows the name of the actor who played Darth Vader as he was dying and had his faceplate removed. No one knows that... no one cares. 'Cept him. ;D

*nods head* I KNEW THEY WERE REAL!!!! Lol, but only occasionally. And half the time we're just saying that to make you feel better Ullllgh. It kind of bites, actually. There's this kid I've known for ages, like 6 years, we're neighbors, and I liked him for years, and got NO response from him, and then when I finally fall in love with this amazing guy (not him, my present bf) and now he's decided to like me and it sucks because he keeps making comments and it's really awkward. And yeah....now the bf is on the phone so I must go.

Post by Arden Patricks on Nov 15, 2007 18:00:15 GMT
Yeah, it's a pretty fun theory. ;D And it would explain that occasional feeling that you're not really writing, just kind of taking dictation. Oh! Ah! The betrayal! *clutches heart* Ah, you're just jealous. Yick... That does rather suck. *sigh* Fine, leave me then. Even though I wasn't here at the time.

Yes! Lol, I thought I was really and truely crazy. Like, their lives are already set, and I can't change it. Haha, sure, jealous *scoffs* *nods head* Boys are silly Lol, I'm here now! But you aren't....

Post by Arden Patricks on Nov 16, 2007 2:37:50 GMT
Yeah, it's weird. But it does explain the times when you look at the page and go, 'what the fuck? did I just write that? why is she dead now?' You're so jealous that you can't even admit it. 'Cause I'm just that cool. (Actually you're cool too. Here, have some chocolate. ;D ) *nods back* Very silly. Yeah, that tends to happen.... My sisters kick me off around five-ish if not earlier and I often don't get back on... so we keep missing each other.

*nods head* And how you can talk to them and NOT be crazy *Happy dances* Yay chocolate!! *continues to nod head* Silly silly silly *sigh* Yeah, my sister usually has cheerleading from 2:30-4, and then again 6-8, so I get the computer during then

*cough* Um... sure... keep telling yourself that.... Nah, that's probably included too. ;D Well, I'm glad to have made you happy. Their silliness is so silly that we should stop discussing it now. Too silly. Ah... and you're Eastern time, right? So that's 1:30 to 3 and 5 to 7, I believe. That's a lot of cheerleading, by the way.

*sigh* Back to the padded room, then? Lol, I TOLD YOU!! *nods head* But now we've got loads of chocolate at my house for thanksgiving Too true, m'dear, too true. Oooo, weird. This whole talking to people who are in different time zones thing gets creepy once in a while. It is, WAY too much for me to handle. Two goddamned teams. And a movie. You have got to be kidding me, they are now watching the tape of their competition. Which they were both at. Come on....

Post by Arden Patricks on Nov 19, 2007 14:23:56 GMT
Nah, I don't think it's entirely crazy... I'm just not sure I've ever really done that. My favorite new game is to take people from this site who have died and pretend that it's my job to explain to them what's been happening to their loved ones since their death... does that count? Why would you have chocolate for Thanksgiving? *nods wisely* Well... I'm special like that. Lol... why is that creepy? Lol. Wow.... Um... well, they were probably too busy/nervous to pay attention to anything.... Oh, hey... guess what? Andra's dead! ;D I'm very excited about it so I've been telling everyone I talk to.

Huh...so I'm back to being crazy? Haha....sure......actually, it sounds fun... Because I went shopping with my mother and she bought us tons of chocolate *joins in head nodding* That ye are, that ye are I don't know...I'm just creeped out by it. Like....I've already lived at your time... Yeaaaah...prolly... Awwww, Peter's buddy's dead?

Post by Arden Patricks on Nov 19, 2007 19:15:19 GMT
Nooooo... or potentially yes but in a good way.... It is, quite fun. I do that with books a lot, take a particular character who's maybe mentioned but not really involved, often someone dead, and pretend that they're watching it all and reacting to it. Quite fun. Yeah... but... okay, I'll just go with it. I dread Thanksgiving. Hate the whole fucking holiday. Puts me in a really bad mood. Lol.. so it's like you're talking through a time portal or something? And yes she is. ;D I love the tragedy of it... she knew a fair amount of people, at least for one of my characters. And there's a funeral if you want to stop by.

Yeah... not like the psycho murderer way... that one's a bad kind of crazy. You're just crazy in the writer way, and we're cool like that. Yeah, that sounds fun, too. Very impressive of you... what'd you make? Eh, it's just... too churchy, too solemn, too stiff and formal and gluttonous... just all around bad times. I mean, I am plenty thankful for the things I have... but do I have to be forced to say so while eating mounds of food that I would rather send to Africa? Anyway... rant over.... Lol... wow. That's rather strange of you. But I guess I sort of see it. Well, I look forward to seeing you there then. It's nice to be appreciated. ;D
