[Jerami Heightington]

Jerami had been arrested for the 'Death' of a family. He sat on the chair infront of the ministry of magic smiling with his legs and arms chained. The trail was to start in a bit but he really wasn't worried. They had no proof.. or witnesses. He had made sure of that. Smiling he hummed looking at all the old men and women in the room.

I was walked in the ministry and see jerami. He was chained and so was I

Jerami looked over and saw Tabby. 'Shit' he thought. He could get himself out of this. But her... he didn't know why she was here.

I smirk and wink reading his thought

He looked at her. and saw her wink. He had mastered keeping readers out of his head when he dated saphire. Only voldamort could read him when he was blocking. He wasn't at the moment but her smirked reminded him to do so. He nodded a thanks towards her.

I nod back and the trial began

"Jerami Heightington. You are here on accounts of countless murders and aidding the dark lord. The judge looked down at me Tabby as jerami sat there examining his finger nails.

I look up at the judge "Tabitha Fender you are here for muder to a muggle"he says and look back up at him then to jerami

"How do you plead?" he asked

I look down and smirk forcing myself to cry "We didnt do anything" i cry "You dont have proof" i add still letting tears run down

Jerami looked up at her then up at him "Now would a muder cry like that? You can't fake those tears of fear sir." jerami said poliltly

I snuck into the back of the courtroom with Annie, a small smile on my face. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Jerami saw out of the coner of his eye Peter and Annie. Jerami smirked "Now sir. If we were working for the dark lord. Don't you think he would of came and killed every one in this courtroom and gotten us out." Jerami said. "..Or have sent agents here to make sure we didn't speak or help us get free?"

I stood in the back of the room watching the trail. 'So, he knows we are here,' I thought, 'This should be fun.'

'Just a few more and they'd be ready to start.' Voldamort wanted us to attack the Ministry. So we had to get on the inside first. We were here to prove a point. On his way in Jerami had hit his mark with his wand before he was locked up. They wanted every one there. "Well sir don't you agree?" just had to stall.

I waited for a reply from the judge. 'A couple more minutes until death deals them all in,' I thought. My hands were slowly falling to my side to grab my sais.

Jerami looked around at the 7 so far. Just a few more. The Judges were talking to each other.

The judges talked and i continued to cry the fake tears

Kus and Verk stood outside in the corridor with a few other death eater spread around the area. So far their was about 30 death eaters. It was almost time.

The clock struck twelve noon. Jerami smiled up at the judge "And sir.. You said that the dark lord could never attack here." The judge nodded. Jerami had undone the chains links on both his and tabbies hands and feet. but pretended they were still locked. 'Did you bering our wands Annie?' he thought
