Shelby sat with her chocolate fudge sundae in a booth, on a windy saturday. It was dark out, so she decided to have ice cream to cheer up her lousy day. To her dismay though, her thoughts drifted off to Jay and how he said he needed time alone, promising that he would be back... eventually.
She sighed and realized when she went to take a bite, that her once frozen dessert was now a liquid puddle of chocolate stickiness. "Stupid Ice Cream..." she mutters getting up to throw it away. Shelby walks back to the counter, ordering a small strawberry one instead.
