I get on my knees and look up and Shelby. "You're nice, caring, kind, gorgeous, and will do anything for your friends. Anyone would be lucky to have you." I say, with a rare serious look on my face.

I walked into the store, trying to ignore whatever was going on with the girls already in it
But I didn't see anybody to help, so I called out into the open "Umm, I'm looking for a dress, can anybody help me?"

"Mom, I need you," I sighed, "I wish you were here to help me accept people for who they are, not by blood, like you did." I laid down on the bench and tried to calm myself down.
