Narcissa had heard a little about this man from some Death Eaters, she wanted to meet him. He put Maddi through so much, he must be good. She was walking around waiting to maybe bump into him.

Jerami had just gotton done betting a houseelf for bumping into him. Walking out of the ally way he brushed his front off and looked up and down the street giving a few people a friendly smile.
As he looked around he noticed someone... A blonde girl that seem familiar. "Black." he murmered. One of the only families that was richer then his own.

Narcissa looked up and saw him, Jerami Heightington. She stood up straight and headed over to him,"Heightington I presume."She said looking up at him.

He hadn't been around his regular crowd latly. And he also wouldn't mind getting with one of the blacks. Narcissa more then the other.
