I walked through the doors, and was greeted by a rush of warm air. "Burr it's cold out there." I say to myself. I sigh. First day blues were the pits. Thankgoodness there's sugar! I begin to smile. The smells in this shop were divine! 'It's been too long!' I say to myself. "Now, where to start.." I decided on working my way around the shop starting from the right. There were soo many treats in here, and I wanted to be sure I saw everything.

I walk into Honeydukes.
I needed chocolate.
Chocolate made me feel better.
Chocolate was the answer to everything.

I saw a girl walk into the shop, looking more candy-crazed than myself. I decide to make some conversation. "Hey there. You wouldn't happen to know where the chocolate frogs are, would you?"

"ahh there's no place like hooome!" i sing. "and the frons are right there." i chuckle pointing over at where the frongs were. "now to stuff my bags and then go back and feel fat and happy." i say softly laughing.

i walk into Honeydukes, looking for something sweet, and i see two girls that seem to have that covered. i raise my eyebrows and try to think of something witty... then, as usual, say nothing, merely giving an awkward smile as i sidle past.

"i'm molly." i smile at the girl and seee a boy pass by. "hey! hey you! right there!" i say running around and grabbing his and pull him back to where Alexis was standing, "could you help two beautiful girls and carry these to the counter. we need to save our energy for when we eat this and go on a sugar high." i laugh

i jump about a mile as a voice screams in my ear and then grabs me. "Erm... uh..." I stammer, looking nervously from one girl to the other. "I'm just..." And I wave vaguely at a display of Blood Pops.

"Oh." I blush. I can't believe I forgot to introduce myself in return... again. "Hi. I'm, uh, Chance. Hi." I pause. "Oh, and you are?" I ask the other, less talkative girl, surprising myself with my bravery even though my voice is shaking.

I very carefully study a wall of chocolate bats as though it holds the secret of life. I'm blushing again and it annoys me. Plus I'm probably offending them. "Hmm." I say again.

"Um, hi," I say to... Dahlia, was it? I cough, trying to remember the last few eons of conversation. "Um, yeah. Chocolate bats." I smile, then shrug and decide to be brave again. "Frederick really likes them," I say, pulling my small white mouse out of my pocket. "Or anything chocolate really. I thinks it's a magical power of his... mm...." I stutter off after what is possibly the longest single statement that I've spoken in a year. I smile nervously again, trying to slow my beating heart.

"Hnh," I nod at the rabid-looking... I mean, extremely cute... little squirrel, tucking Frederick protectively back in my pocket as I try to think of something more enlightening to say. Then, suddenly, I am saved by the pink-tipped hair girl as she strikes up a fascinating conversation with Molly. I stealthily edge toward the counter and pay for my chocolate as they talk, breathing a sigh of relief as I finally get near the door to freedom.
