It had been a while since I had come up here. My owl was either really pissed at me or had found another person to bug. But as soon as I walked in she flew down to me."Hi Kari."I smiled warmly at her handing her a piece of bacon. "So what's been going on in this owlery lately?"

"Oh, not much." I say, sitting...floating on the windowsill, in answer to her question even though it wasn't directed at me, "The owls just come and go. It's not terribly interesting. That's a pretty owl of yours. What's it's name again?"

I look up and see Erin...I had heard about what happened but I hadn't seen her since,"Erin...you're a ghost..."I said sadly."I call her Kari."I said patting her head.
