Jet sat by herself in one of the chairs in the Entrance Hall. She was going over one of her assignments from her Potions class. Her nose was buried in her schoolwork, not noticing anyone passing by her.
'Damn, I need some friends around here...' She thought to herself.

Eric was once again walking around the Entrance Hall,he had been looking for his owlfor sometime,he was trying to feed it when it fly aways.
He finally saw his owl sitting right next to a girl he never met,he made a mad dash for his owl only causing him to run right into the girl and having his owlfly away once again.
"Um....sorry about that,I didn't think I'd miss."He laughed.

Jetta looked up and shook the hair out of her eyes, laughing. "What were you aiming for, exactly?" She asked with a raised eyebrow, seeing as how he was practically sitting on her lap.

"And why exactly was it running away from you in the first place?" Jet asked him, matching his grin with her own. Her eyebrow was still raised at him, arms now crossed over her chest. She tried not to laugh.

"Oh, well as long as you weren't trying to torment it or anything." She chuckled, sticking out a hand toward him, "Jetta, by the way. Kinna new around here. As I'm sure you can tell by the way I'm not surrounded by friends." Jetta chortled.

She nodded her head, "Nice to meet you too." Jet let her hand creep back down to her side. She shifted her paperwork and put it away. Her eyes darted to his robes, "You're in Ravenclaw too?" Jetta asked offhandedly, seeing as how she'd already been to the Common Room. It was odd they hadn't met.

She laughed and nodded her head once more, "I'm usually... Well, around. I don't know. I really don't have a specific place that I go." Jetta shrugged, "Ooh. Cookies. That sounds good right now."

Jetta grinned, smile going from ear to ear, "You come prepared, don't you?" She laughed, punching him lightly in the shoulder. Jet reached a hand inside and got a cookie, taking a bite out of it, "EEserrgood." She said with her mouth full, holding in her laughter.

She swallowed the rest of her cookie and nodded, "Now that's what I call being prepared for the worst. Because at least you'll have cookies!"
