"Come on Suchin..." Jay muttered to the small child following close behind him. She was grabbing onto his leg tightly, an looking around, as if something was going to jump out at her.
Jay leaned down and picked her up. "Remeber what mum and me used to always tell you?" He asked her and moved some hair out of her face.
Jay wasn't cut out for fatherhood...The only reason he made it through the first three years was because of Jenny.
"One for the money, two for the show..." He says and sets her on her feet. "Three to get ready..." He adds.
"And here I go...." She muttered and started to walk without him. He smiled weakly down at her and walked behind her.

"Can't catch me i'm the gingerbread man!" Kim shouted as she rushed down the stairs towards the entrance hall.
"Kim if you don't stop write now i'll-...i'll...there will be serious consequences." Bella shouted after her and she jogged down the stairs after her, the small bump on her stomach seemed to slow her down a lot more than she imagined it would do.
Kim stopped at the bottom of the stairs obediently, although she was still giggling.
Bella wiped her forehead as she walked down the last of the steps. "Don't run away like that again." She scolded Kim when she reached the bottom.
Bella noticed a man in the entrance hall and felt terribly embarrassed at her behaiviour.

Jay looked down at the small girl and chuckled lightly.
Suchin walked back and stood right infront of him lookign at the girl that had been singing. "Little ball of energy she is..." He chuckled softly looking at the woman.

"You're telling me, she never stops." Bella laughed, relaxing slightly. "I've just chased her from the sixth floor down. I was terrified she was going to fall. Though i should have been more concerned with myself, i'm terribly clumsy."

"Mother insticts. Forget everything, and worry about only them." He chuckles softly. "Don't give her a hard time though. If you must run, only run for two floors." He smiles lightly looking down at the little girl. "You are her mum, right? If it's ok I ask."

"I'm not actually, just her guardian." Bella replied.
"Mummy's with the angels, and Daddy's in Neverland." Kim piped up.
"Yeah what she said." Bella added with a small smile, covering up the distant sadness in her voice.

Neverland?
That was probably what she had told the little girl, instead of telling her that her father died.
"My mum is away on a trip..." Suchin muttered still backing up towards Jay.
Jay nodded his head slightly. "I'm Jay Chou, though." He said holding out his hand to her.

"Bella Knox." Bella smiled in reply and shook his hand. "And as you probably heard from my shouting. This little monster is Kim." She adds, gesturing to the small girl standing beside her.

She looks up at Isabella with a blank look. Just then Suchin get's a wide grin on her face and waves at her. Jay chuckles softly and ruffles her hair slightly.
