Gone?

[Joanna Miller]

"Yeah...me too...look, check me out..." I say, putting a hand right through my own stomach. "I'm dead!"

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"So how are you taking being well dead." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"I hate it. I want to be solid again!" I moan. "I want to be able to hug my friends and play quidditch and-...lot's of things. But I'm all dead...and...and...see-through..."

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"I would hate to be dead, but it is un avoidable. Speaking of quidditch, I was made captain. I feel horible though. I don't think I can do as good as you, and I don't really want to take your place." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"You're captain! Cas, that's great! If I wanted anyone to take over it would be you." I smile, "How's the team shaping up?"

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"So, so. I really think if anyone should have gotten it that it would be Molly or Lily." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Well, you got it. And I bet you're doing much better than I did. I just laughed a lot because you all had to listen to me." I smile, "How are you doing anyway, Cas? What's up with you? How's Molly? How's Lily? How's Ange? How's-...how's Mika?"

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Well I've been better. I've been depressed latly. Molly's good. She has a son called Bill who was once her squirle, and is pregnent with another. Lilys great. And Mika, well I have no clue." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Why have you been depressed?" I ask her, frowning slightly.

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"A lot of things. Well 1st you died. Then a lot of bad stuff happened. And then Serry died. And then I just couldn't take it any more. So I tried to- well you would want to hear this." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Serry too?" I say softly, "Oh Cas...you didn't, did you?" I say sadly.

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"It depends. What are you thinking that I did?" I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Tried to...join the...translucent club?" I say tactlessly, nodding down at myself.

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Oh that. Yeah. But I'm here aren't I?" I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Which is a good thing. Stay 'here' as long as you can. Cos this is really not fun."

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"I know what you mean. But its like when your upset the obvious itn't obvious." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Too true." I say sadly.

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Does Mika even know about how your like this now?" I ask.

[Joanna Miller]

"Um...quite possibly...not at all. No." I say sheepishly. "I didn't want to-...unsettle him."

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Yeah it is kind of a shoker." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"You're telling me! I woke up and I thought everything was fine, I walk down to the great hall and someone walks right through me! I didn't even know!"

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"I would hate that." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Yeah, I do." I say.

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Its just great to have you around again though." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Is it?" I laugh. "Never thought I'd hear that."

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Well now you have." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"And I feel special." I smile.

[Dorcas Meadowes]

"Were all special." I say.

[Joanna Miller]

"Special...special...special!" I laugh, dancing around the hall a bit. "I feel like doing something hyper and spontaneous..."

"Me too." I say nodding in agreement.
