I walked absent mindedly into the entrace hall. I see James with someone who i didn't reconise from a distance.
I walk over to James and the other boy but stop dead in my tracks, reconising him.
"Fabian?" I ask, knowing him from when he used to come here, we used to be friends.
But Molly had told me he was dead.
Molly thought he was dead.

"no, gidieon is really gone." i sigh, "see him and i were doing a job for the order and well things didn't go as planned. that's all i can sayabout that. the order forbids me from talking to much about it." i say, "but gidieon was killed first. andthe only way out alive, is to make them think that i was dead. so once they left, i apparated to here and now you see me standing infront of you." i say smiling. "but i must say that pretending to be dead and let one of the hexs hit you isn't that fun." i chuckle running my fingers down the long cut on my arm.

I let a single tear run down my cheek, for Gidieon's sake. "What kind of hex left that?" I ask, looking down at the long slash on his arm.

i wrap my arms around her again and wipe the one tear. "no use in shedding tears for things that can't be changed." i say softly, and let go of her but stay close enough to where i ca still comfort her and make sure she's alright. "and frankly i don't remember what hex this came from." i say with a weak smile

"yeah," i say then take two things out of my pocket. a small locket and a letter. inside the locket was a magical picture of them both a bit before him and i left and on the outside was in red rubys was spelled 'G&I'. i handed her the locket and opened the letter. "the order said that we could send letter to our friends, but only one. we decided that i'd send one to molly and he'd send one to you. but then..that...hapened and he never got to send it." i pause and look down at the letter, "dear izzy, fabian and i are drifting around for the order. we should be home any time now though, at least that's what they're telling us. which in order code, means a few months. i miss you so much. sometimes i see myself looking at girls and see you in them. i even went up to this one girl and picked her up hugging her, thinking it was you. it was quite funny until she hit me with her purse and shouted 'pervert' in my face. then it was even funnier...izzy i need to tell you something. something that i never had enough back bone to tell you in real life. i love you. i really do. i hope to get back as soon as i can so i can see your pretty face again. love, gidieon.'" i finish. i hand her the letter and wait for her reaction

My hand tightens on the letter as i read it, ignoring the tears running freely down my face. I feel my knees buckle as i slide to the floor. He had loved me, like i had loved him. But it was all too late now. He was dead, he was gone. "I loved him too." I manage to choke out.

"he knew hun. he's just a bit of a coward when it comes to love." i say softly, "but remember that love wll always be there. right there." i say putting my hand right above her heart, "but theres always room to let someone else in. do not dwell on this. live your life like he would have wanted you to. the last thing he did was look insdie that locket, and he loved you till the end." i say rubbing her back soothingly. "but hun, you've can't let this stop what you have with ricky. you love him to don't you?" i say still holding her as i wipe away some of her tears.

i smile and make her look up at me by placing my finger under her chin and moving her face up. "then love him. live your life like gideion never did. love him, have a good time with it, and live like it's your last day. there will always be a spot in your heart that belongs to gideion, but let ricky have his own space to." i smile and hug her.
