And we were in the library, talking, and then she, just to clarify this, she kissed me, not the other way around. And before I could so anything, Mika came walking in and he saw and got the wrong idea and he ran down here and started yelling for Rin and I tried to explain but he punched me a few times, hence the poorly concealed black eye, and she gave this back and ran off crying." I sigh.

"oh crap remus. that's-...it's-..." i start but can't think of anything to say. i hug him and when i let go i look back up at him."you want me to talk to her?" i ask "and your not the only one that got a black eye or a few bruises." i chuckle and tap my wand to my face and wrist and legs and waist. "He found out I lied about my loyalty, and he said he wouldn't keep his word to liars. I made him give me his word that Rin and the baby would be left out of this. He said he was going to go back on his word because I'd lied to him."

i run my fingers over the dark mark. "he keeps his word no matter what. sometimes he may find loop wholes, but he keeps it. you should still keep an eye on rin, as will i. just because she's a friend."
