I sat in the stands of the Quidditch Pitch. I stared blankly out at it. Slowly tears slide down my face as a memory came to pass.
"Mama, mama," a four year old me said, "Look what I made for you. I hope you like it."
'Why thank you, Trinity,' she replied, 'I'll put it here on the frig so daddy can see it too.'
"Where is daddy at?" I asked her.
'He is at work, but he will be home soon,' she said tidying up the kitchen, 'Then the three of us are going to go out to dinner and daddy is going to give you your first lesson in flying.'
"I can't wait til daddy gets home," I jumped in excitment.
My dad came home about two hours later. He gave mother a kiss and hugged me. I brought him over to the frig to show him the picture I made. He smiled and kissed me on my head.
"Beautiful job, sweetie," he said.
I smiled and giggled as he began to tickle me.
"I love you daddy," I said, "And I love you mama."
That was the last time I ever said the phrase 'I Love You' to anyone. Things just went downhill after that night. I pulled my legs up to my chest and rested my head on them. My tears still free-flowing from my face. 'I'm worthless, just like them,' I thought, 'No one will ever trust or love me. I will always be alone.'

I walked up and sat down by Trinity,"You going to be ok?" I asked her looking down at the pitch,"You ran past me crying earlier, I tried to follow but damn first years got in my way."

"I'm fine," I said wiping away the tears, "Just remembered an old memory from when I was four."

"I guess it would help," I replied, "The memory was when I was four. My mother was in the kitchen cleaning and I ran in to give her a picture I drew for her. She put it on the frig for my father to see. Then my father came home and saw my picture and started to tickle me. That was the last time before my family broke and bad things started to happen."

"Oh. I'm sorry to hear that." I replied,"At least you still remember the good memories though."

"Actually, I don't," I said, "That is the only good memory I can remember from my childhood.. I can't remember any of the ones before it."

"For everything," I said, "You gave me a chance to learn how to trust again, you pushed me to learn to be sweet and care, you gave my life more meaning than it orginally was."

I let a smile creep upon my lips, "You don't have to thank me for that. Friends make other friends feel good no matter what."

I smiled at her,"I'm glad that you decided to. I think you're an awesome person and I believe in you."
